File formats:
For best result the image original must have a high quality. The Adobe Illustrator files (.ai or .eps) are the best for logotypes and texts. The resolution is not a matter for vector based files

Bitmapped artwork should be sent as an Adobe Photoshop-compatible file, in the following formats: .psd, .eps, .tif, .pdf, or png file. Jpeg format is accepted, but the resolution and compression of the file may reduce the final image quality. Bitmapped artwork is best suited for reproducing photographic images but can also be used for text or logo images. To receive the highest quality image your artwork has to have a minimum resolution of 600dpi with an image size of at least 127 x 127 mm (5 x 5 inches).

How should I prepare my artwork ?
Vector artwork should be created and saved as an Adobe Illustrator-compatible file. This is our preferred format and it best suited for text and logos. Using this format allows us to provide a sharp, crisp image at the highest possible resolution. Please note that fonts used in vector artwork must be converted to outlines.

How to send ?
Files can be submitted via email to order@beaconbangkok.com. We also accept CDs and DVDs sent to us with artwork, if the file is really big. If you have any questions abou file sizes, artwork, etc, do not hesitate to contact us, by email or by phone (see "contact us" page)

Delivery :
When placing orders, please allow a lead time of 2-3 days from artwork confirmation acceptance and payment is done
